Introduction
Following is the collection of frequently asked questions. The questions are divided into categories. Click on the toggle to see the answer to the question of interest.
Theme Installation and initial setup
That means you need to increase the script execution time via server settings. Please contact your hosting provider and ask to set it to 150-180 seconds at least.
That means you have installed and activated the Visual composer plugin which is required for some of the theme's shortcodes correct work. It can always be installed via Appearance => Install plugins section
To have the slider displayed, you need to install the slider plugin that comes with the theme and (optionally) import the sample sliders. Check the plugins section of this documentation for more information on its installation and usage.
Go to Appearance => Viral News => General settings section in your admin panel and check the "Layout type" option there.
Go to Appearance => Viral News => General settings section in your admin panel and check the "RTL mode" option there.
Go to Appearance => Viral News => General settings section in your admin panel and check the "Preloader" block's options there.
Header
Go to Appearance => Viral News => Header section in your admin panel and choose one of the available layouts through "Header layout" block.
Go to Appearance => Viral News => Header section in your admin panel and enable the sidebars located on "Topbar settings" block. Once done, go to Appearance => Widgets section, you'll notice new sidebar(s) added accordingly. Beware of putting widgets there which have multiple lines or increased height as it might potentially break the layout.
Go to Appearance => Viral News => Header section in your admin panel, you will find the necessary parameters there.
Menu
Please check the menu setup section of the documentation, you will find the necessary information there.
Go to Appearance => Viral News => Header section in your admin panel, you will find the corresponding section in "Menu settings" block.

Appearance => Customize section provides a huge variety of options for menu and other elements styles changing.
Third Party Plugins
You need to import the quiz files separately. Please check the initial theme setup video on main section of the documentation for a detailed guide.

Contact Form
We provide all the styling required to be used with the popular Contact Form 7 plugin as well as sample demo content which can be found in "plugins-sample-content" folder of the package you downloaded from themeforest.
Footer section
Go to Marize settings => Footer section in your admin panel and check the "Footer map" block there.
Go to Appearance => Viral News => Footer section in your admin panel and change it via "Footer layout" block.
Go to Appearance => Viral News => Footer section in your admin panel and change it via "Footer bottom options" block.
